Matthew, a construction superintendent for Landsea Homes, and his wife Rachel were looking for a new home to fit the growing generational needs of their family. Andrew had always dreamed of owning his own home, but like many first-time buyers, he approached the process with cautious optimism.

When Krys started house hunting, he had one nonnegotiable – he wanted to live close to Downtown Orlando, in a home where deeper roots could grow.
Also known as “The City Beautiful,” Orlando is home to shopping, nightlife, award-winning restaurants, historical hotels, museums and scenic walking paths throughout its 2.5-mile radius of beautiful space.
Currently a land acquisition analyst for Landsea Homes, Krys had his eye on the homebuilder’s newest community, Harrell Oaks, which is a 15-minute drive to Orlando, Winter Park and Baldwin Park.
“The main reason I was interested in Harrell Oaks is because it’s close to Downtown Orlando, whose lifestyle is unbeatable,” Krys said. “When it came to looking for a house, I was very location driven. There are no other new-construction homes currently selling in this area, so I knew how rare and great this opportunity was.”
