Landsea Homes Awarded Top Honors at the Arizona MAME Awards

The 2021 MAME Awards gave the Landsea Homes team a lot to celebrate with four big wins and several honorable mentions as category finalists! From marketing to development, this prestigious annual awards competition by the Home Builders Association of Central Arizona recognizes the best in the homebuilding industry, and Landsea Homes was thrilled to be seeing gold.

Online Sales Team of the Year

The first win of the night was for Online Sales Team of the Year, which went to a dynamic Landsea Homes duo, Lisa Daley and Laurenne Mills. We’re beyond proud of these two women who play such an important role by helping homebuyers find their perfect new homes in Arizona, and we’re happy to see them recognized for their unwavering dedication and hard work.

Best Online Marketing Campaign

The next big win was for the Best Online Marketing Campaign, which went to the innovative initiative to spread the word about our High Performance Homes program. With a clever, commercial-quality video series starring professional actors alongside a landing page, email marketing, banner ads and social media, this campaign went above and beyond to showcase homes that bring out our deeper company philosophy: balanced healthy living.

Best Virtual Sales Program

Also newly added to the Landsea Homes trophy case is the award for Best Virtual Sales Program, which recognizes our pandemic-driven efforts to create the best possible virtual home buying experience. When it came to selling our new homes in Arizona while facing the new reality, we knew the online transition had to be swift and extensive. By streamlining the virtual tools already available and adding immersive virtual tours, photo galleries, on-demand FaceTime® tours and so many more engaging interactions, we were able to create a complete virtual experience that makes searching and buying a home simple.

Best Sales Office within a Model

And last but certainly not least, Landsea Homes also took the prize for Best Sales Office within a Model for the Farmstead at Harvest sales office. This welcoming space takes a unique approach that makes getting to know the community and these new homes in Arizona simple and fun. With built-in iPad® devices, games, tasteful imagery and distinctive touches to showcase the local farm-to-table lifestyle, homebuyers are able to get a feel of what life will be like in this Queen Creek community where agritainment adventures, outdoor exploration and family fun come into full view.

But that’s not all we have to be proud of. Over 20 members of the Landsea Homes team earned Sales Achievement Awards, and we were also finalists in nine other categories.
