Landsea Homes Does It Again at the Arizona MAME Awards

Rev at Eastmark took home the award for Best Brochure. Bright, punchy colors highlighted the activity-driven, amenity-rich lifestyle at this community, which successfully attracted prospects seeking just that. While the retro-inspired typeface punctuated the automotive theme – a callback to the land’s historic roots.

Sunrise in Surprise won Best Innovative Use of Technology through its use of UTour® QR codes, which were displayed on signage outside the community. This approach invited drive-by prospects to explore Sunrise via virtual self-guided tours. By giving potential buyers the opportunity to tour the community on their own terms, Sunrise demonstrated adaptability to technological advancements within the industry, earning this community an award we’re more than happy to receive.

Sunrise took home yet another award with the Parker Plan in the Valley Series, winning Best Interior Merchandising for a Detached Home Priced Under $500,000. Pairing aesthetically pleasing home designs with functional usage of space, the Parker Plan exemplifies Sunrise’s modern understanding of the contemporary market. Landsea Homes is incredibly proud of our Sunrise community, and we’re grateful to be recognized for our exceptional efforts in interior merchandising.

Rev at Eastmark also received the honor of Best Online Marketing Campaign. The campaign took a holistic approach, utilizing the Landsea Homes website, web pop-ups, paid social, email marketing, display banners and video to reach our target audience. With consistent messaging and brand continuity at every touchpoint along our customers’ home buying journey, our marketing efforts proved to be successful at attracting prosects to the community.

The Customer Service Professional of the Year award went to Victor Duenas, whose warmth and enthusiasm set the bar for customer care specialists. The Landsea Homes team is incredibly proud of Victor for his dedication to serving the Arizona region, and we’re happy he’s been recognized for his impact on the journeys of so many of our happy homeowners.

This year, Nicole Sax was named Marketing Professional of the Year – and rightfully so.
