Sales Start For Verandah At Valley Oaks In Novato
In the News: Recently shared images by an SFYIMBY tipster show that facade installation has started for Verandah at Valley Oaks, a residential town-home project on the outskirts of Novato in Marin County. The development will build over four acres at 7711 Redwood Boulevard, adding 80 new homes to the housing market. Landsea Homes is responsible for the development.
Construction has transformed four acres, with the building rising three floors and a roof deck to a height of 44 feet. Of the 80 for-sale units, 72 will be three bedrooms, and eight will be two bedrooms. Unit sizes will range between 1,100 and 1,770 square feet each. A total of 16 will also be sold as affordable housing through the City of Novato’s housing program.
