What a turnout! Marlowe’s grand opening event was a success—even the Glendale Chamber of Commerce was on hand to show their support. With a ceremonial ribbon cutting to kick things off, potential homebuyers came to tour Marlowe’s two striking designer-decorated model homes.
With a sales team and representatives from Landsea Mortage on-site, visitors had easy access to up-to-date information about the community as a whole and quick move-in opportunities as well as the convenience to pre-qualify at the event!
To keep the merriment going, First American Title showed up with plenty of swag for all, while Peter Pan and Tinker Bell made an appearance to work their magic with face painting and balloon animals for the little ones! With RockStar Hot Dogs and Kona Ice around with delectable eats and treats to keep everyone cool and fed, our guests of all ages would agree that this was a day well spent!
