Corporate Sales Manager

Position Summary:
The Corporate Sales Manager will play a crucial role collaborating with the Vice President of Corporate Sales & Marketing to ensure Landsea Homes achieves its business plan objectives across all divisions. The ideal candidate will directly support division Sales Managers to enhance our sales team’s skills through ongoing systems development, training, sales recruitment standards, and sharing of best practices. The ultimate goal of this position is to ensure an outstanding homebuying experience for both internal and external customers across all markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with division Sales Managers to support our nationwide Landsea Homes divisions in achieving sales objectives while adhering to good business practices and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Corporate Sales & Marketing to develop, monitor, and maintain company sales plans.
  • Deliver continuous sales training and coaching to enhance Sales Manager and Sales Associate selling, closing, and development skills.
  • Utilize system reports to identify areas requiring attention while ensuring alignment with company initiatives, comprehension of sales metrics, and providing visibility on division, community, and sales counselor performance.
  • Travel to divisions as needed for training and sales initiatives/projects to ensure alignment with business plan goals and company standards.
  • Prepare and execute the monthly Sales Manager agenda to align with company initiatives, best practices, and reinforce ongoing sales management team training.
  • Maintain companywide sales systems in collaboration with Sales Managers and corporate IT to streamline the homebuyer journey and sales process.
  • Establish and maintain the company’s sales department onboarding process, policies, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to identify new marketing opportunities and onboard new sales teams when entering new markets.
  • Maintain OMG certification to train and reinforce sales coaching and skills development across all divisions.
  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to review national and local competitive market analysis data to support Landsea Homes’s growth objectives and divisional business plans.

Qualifications:

  • Active Real Estate license is preferred but not required.
  • Minimum 3 years prior sales management experience is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience within new home sales is required.
  • Demonstrate effective and professional communication skills with senior leadership, outside agencies, and employees.
  • Demonstrated ability to coach sales management and sales professionals on both company process and selling skills.
  • Accountable and strategic mindset with a focus on business plan performance management.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.

Physical Requirements:

This position involves both office and field responsibilities. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle, climb stairs/ladders, walk on active jobsites, read plans, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and carry items weighing more than 25 pounds. Office work includes sitting at a computer for extended periods, completing paperwork, and receiving/returning phone messages. Proficiency in operating a computer keyboard and calculator. Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors, adapting to different weather conditions. Public contact is required; therefore, professional appearance and appropriate business attire are expected.

Travel Requirements:

Occasional travel is required to active markets. A valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance is required at all times.
