Position Summary:
Landsea Homes is seeking an intelligent and ambitious individual interested in an exciting and challenging position as an Inside Sales Counselor for the Florida market. This position will work closely with our corporate sales and marketing teams to facilitate communication with new home prospects and schedule qualified buyers for appointments with Sales Counselors.
Responsibilities:
- Engage and follow up with online prospects within a timely manner, assisting them in discovering the most suitable Landsea Homes community.
- Provide a high level of customer experience with each prospect and ensure all communication meets Landsea Homes’ policies, procedures, and marketing guidelines.
- Accurately record all communication within Salesforce CRM and convert qualified prospects to appointments with onsite Sales Counselors.
- Participate in regular meetings with management and collaborate closely with the VP of Sales and Marketing and community Sales Counselors to gather accurate community statuses.
- Proactively gather information from sales and marketing teams to optimize the online sales experience for prospects.
- Provide monthly reports on completed appointments and sales, adhering to Landsea Homes’ guidelines for bonus compensation.
- Provide regular reports on activities, web traffic, department needs, and ad hoc marketing requests.
Qualifications:
- Active Florida Real Estate License is required.
- Minimum 1 year of previous sales experience, preferably in the real estate or new home building industry.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office products, with a strong focus on Excel and Salesforce CRM.
- Demonstrate effective and professional communication skills with prospective buyers, customers, outside agencies, and employees.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills and comfortable communicating cross-functionally with internal and external business partners.
Physical Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary position. May be required to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard. This position requires public contact, as such, appropriate business apparel and professional appearance is expected.
Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel may be required. Employees will be reimbursed for using their own vehicle in the course of the job at the federal mileage rate in effect at the time.
